The Federation of Houston Professional Women (FHPW) is an alliance of women's professional organizations, chartered by the state of Texas as a non-profit, non-partisan business league.  Each FHPW member organization, although diverse in style and structure, has professional or businesswomen members focused on education, networking, specific careers or community service.

FHPW offers quarterly events designed to bring its diverse membership together to promote a place of POWER and INFLUENCE.  Quarterly events are open to both members and guests and allow Houston professional women the opportunity to network, have some fun and learn something new.

Diversity is our strength!  This fact is most evident at the annual Women of Excellence Gala.  At this event, one woman from each Member Organization is honored for her commitment to her organization, her community or her profession.  It's a night of glitz, glamour and celebration.  This gala celebrates the accomplishments of Houston women who use their power and influence to make a difference.  Their stories are inspiring, their achievements are awesome.

Completing the circle...FHPW gives back through its Educational Foundation. As a charitable foundation, FHPWEF is able to receive contributions from individuals, member organizations, gifts and special fund raisers, like the Women of Excellence Gala. Each year the Educational Foundation awards scholarships and grants to advance the education and knowledge of Texas Women.
